This, in a nutshell, is the aim of a business operation that represents yet another "diversification" of our Group.
A hotel that inherits, with all the "responsibilities" involved, an ancient and illustrious history that spans over fifty years. A history that accompanied the Neapolitan Dolce Vita, becoming its protagonist, and then brilliantly and successfully faced the subsequent decades, up to the present day. A real passing of the torch, experienced in deep harmony and complicity with the original ownership, which wishes to evolve without forgetting the events and joyful splendors that preceded it. An ambitious project with the aim of combining "the Beautiful and the Good" of an exciting city like Naples, "positioned" in front of one of the most beautiful views in the world.
VILLA MIRAMARE is a business operation, with all the necessary credentials for feasibility and business profitability, but with the great added value of having "the Heart at its center." Following the many years of experience in catering and event organization, gained in the "La Corte Degli Dei” project of Palazzo Acampora, in the Upper Amalfi Coast, and after a fruitful and prospective meeting with an important internationally renowned Michelin-starred Chef, Vincenzo Guarino, MIRI S.p.A. decided to establish a new Corporate Entity, ESSENZA HOSPITALITY Srl.
ESSENZA HOSPITALITY Srl will manageLa Corte Degli Dei" the Locanda di Palazzo Acampora from 2024, and subsequently the entire food and beverage business of the soon-to-be-renovated VILLA MIRAMARE Srl. The latter will see the creation of two restaurants.
The first, with a capacity of about 40 seats, located on the -1 floor, will occupy the historic premises once home to the Shaker Club, with the aim of combining meal service with live music, and the intention, following the footsteps of the historic Neapolitan night club, of being a springboard for young and emerging artists. The second, located on the terrace of Villa Miramare, with its fully independent kitchen and a capacity of about 100 seats, will be destined for fine dining and events. In April, the MIRI group acquired a property located in the historic center of Naples, also intended for a hotel structure. This property will undergo further renovation in the coming years to create a business boutique hotel, whose restaurant area will remain under the management of ESSENZA HOSPITALITY.
